Initial Assessment

Your initial assessment is the first step towards understanding your pain and starting your recovery journey.

During this session, we take the time to listen to your concerns, explore your symptoms in detail, and understand how your condition is affecting your day-to-day life. We carry out a thorough physical assessment to identify the root cause of your problem, not just the symptoms.

You will leave your first appointment with a clear diagnosis, a personalised treatment plan, and practical advice to begin improving your symptoms straight away. Where appropriate, treatment may begin in the same session to help reduce pain and start your recovery immediately.

Our goal is to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward from day one.

Follow up appointment

(Existing Patients)

Our follow-up sessions are focused on progressing your recovery and keeping you moving towards a pain-free outcome.

During each appointment, we review your progress using measurable outcomes to track improvement, adapt your treatment plan as needed, and continue hands-on therapy alongside guided rehabilitation. These sessions are tailored to how your body is responding, ensuring you’re always moving forward.

We build on the foundations set in your initial assessment—reducing pain, restoring movement, and improving strength—while supporting you with ongoing advice and exercise progression.

Our aim is to keep you on track, maximise your results, and help you return to full function with confidence.

targeted sports massage

(30 minute)

Our 30-minute targeted sports massage is designed to focus on a specific area of tension, pain, or restriction—helping you feel relief quickly and effectively.

This session is ideal for addressing tight muscle, minor injury, or a specific point of overuse. Using a combination of hands-on techniques, we work to release tension, improve circulation, and restore movement in the targeted area.

We tailor each session to your needs on the day, ensuring the treatment is focused where you need it most.

Full Treatment
Sports Massage

(60 minutes)

Our 60-minute full treatment sports massage is designed to provide a more comprehensive approach, allowing us to address multiple areas of tension, pain, or restriction.

This session is ideal for more persistent tension, injury recovery, or when a deeper, more thorough treatment is needed. Using a combination of hands-on techniques, we work across multiple areas to release tight muscles, improve circulation, and restore movement while supporting overall function.

We tailor each session to your needs on the day, ensuring the treatment is focused and effective. Where appropriate, we also provide advice and simple exercises to help maintain the benefits between sessions.
